By purchasing a ticket or attending this event, you voluntarily assume all risks related to participation and are responsible for your own safety, health, property, and actions.

Attendees may be photographed or recorded for promotional use by Black Mountain Blues Society (“BMBS”) without compensation.

By attending, you release and hold harmless BMBS, its officers, volunteers, contractors, venues, and affiliated organizations from any claims, injuries, damages, losses, or expenses arising from participation in the event, and agree to indemnify BMBS for claims resulting from your actions or those accompanying you.
